Institute of Transport Economics (TØI)
The Institute of Transport Economics (TØI) is a national center for transport research, responsible for conducting and promoting research that benefits Norwegian society and business. TØI also disseminates research findings and contributes to their practical application through collaboration with users.
TØI was established in 1964 and became an independent private foundation in 1986. The institute receives core funding from the Research Council of Norway.
